This Privacy Policy explains how Caba Innovatives Multimedia Institute, trading as CABA Innovatives ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you use cabainnovatives.net, contact us, or when we manage digital marketing, social media and automation services for our clients.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — name, company, role, phone number, email and message when you fill a form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us.
• Campaign source — the page you came from and ad parameters (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid) so we know which campaign brought you.
• Client platform data — when a client authorises us (for example by adding CABA Innovatives as a partner on Meta Business Suite), we access only the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and related data that the client has shared, such as posts, comments, messages, insights and ad performance.

How we use information

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To publish, schedule and manage content, run and report on advertising campaigns, and automate workflows on our clients' behalf, as instructed by them.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use data received from Meta platforms for any purpose other than providing the service the client has authorised.

Meta platform data (Facebook and Instagram)

Our app "CABA n8n" uses Meta's APIs only to manage Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts that their owners have explicitly connected or shared with CABA Innovatives. Access tokens are stored securely on our own servers and are used only for publishing, reporting and advertising tasks requested by the account owner. Owners can remove our access at any time from their Meta Business Settings, and can ask us to delete their data as described on our Data Deletion page.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to deliver our work (for example hosting, email and the advertising platforms our clients use), or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to info@cabainnovatives.net.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
